Technical equipment

Our conference facilities are fully equipped to meet the needs of modern events:

• Microphones: Wireless and wired handheld microphones, as well as tabletop microphone sets, are available.
• Projection: One or two projection screens can be installed (97 × 245 cm or 300 cm wide), with options for both front and rear projection.
• Presentation Tools: We provide laptops, data projectors with remote controls, and laser pointers for seamless presentations.
• Live Video & Interpretation:
  • Real-time video transmission is available to interpreter monitors and the internal TV network.
  • Interpreted audio and video can be streamed to additional rooms—ideal for journalists or overflow attendees (e.g., Hall C or reception area).
  • Journalists enjoy the same high-quality viewing and listening experience as in the main hall.
• Internet Access: High-speed internet is available in all rooms via both wired connections and Wi-Fi.
